Salt Saturators

Brine is needed in the water treatment, food and chemical industries for a range of applications. The salt saturator vessel contains layers of graded gravel, which rests a bed of salt covered by a constant head of water.

The water dissolves the salt and, penetrating the gravel, emerges as clean, saturated brine in an automatic process needing only water supply and refilling with salt from time to time. Our standard range of salt saturators manufactured in GRP or HDPE, bundeded or not bunded allows us to offer a range of saturators from 7 to 140 tonnes.
