Silotank have recently completed the installation of 2 No 43000 litre Rectangular Leinster Range Reg 31 compliant tanks for GMJV at the Loch Ech site. The tanks where supplied with internal baffle walls designed to allow the mxing of lime solution for dosing potable water. The tanks where supplied with GMS platform 12 metres long x 4 metres high with a staircase. The tanks which where 4.3m x 4.3m x 3m high where shipped from Belfast and accompanied by site installation crew who installed tanks and steelwork and tested the tanks on site. Due to the remote location of the site, our pre-installation delivery team inspected the route and access to the site, formulating movement plans to navigate a narrow wooden bridge in the forest park which was the only access to the WTW. At one stage it was considered to use a helicopter to move the tanks but careful planning removed this need.
