Brine Mixing System for Tayto Crisps

Tayto Crisps have ordered two brine mixing systems for their two main manufacturing facilities in Ireland and England. Silotank engineered a automatic brine mixing system to allow various brine solutions to be provided to the fyer lines. The scope involved the supply, installation and commissioning of the mixing system including 35/23tonne Salt Saturator and brine mixing tanks along with the distribution pipework manifold supplying the fryers.
