SILOTANK was successfully audited in April 1995 against the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard.
External auditors from NQA Global Assurance awarded an accreditation
certificate for ISO 9001 (Quality) following a major inspection which
lasted several days.
SILOTANK has been externally audited by NQA Global Assurance every 6 months
since this date, maintaining our certification.
It is the policy of our company to maintain a quality system designed
to meet the needs and expectations of customers, and to adopt and implement
the Quality principle of ‘Right First Time’ during the design,
production, quality inspection and assurance and the installation of our
products and projects.
We believe that a policy of quality assurance is necessary in order to
guarantee our customers a consistently high level of service that fully
meets their requirements.
The management team of Silotank strive to continuously improve the Quality
Management System and by doing so improve the service, offered by the
company.
